Goodyear, one of the world’s largest tire companies, wanted to understand the impact of its existing internal communication system. We created and fielded a comprehensive employee survey to measure the impact of communication channels, assess leader and manager communication and determine knowledge of key topics. Our analysis identified next steps—from quick wins to long-term strategies.
