The largest division of the medical technology company BD, Medication and Procedural Solutions (MPS), needed to simplify its strategy communication to help employees understand how to support it. Taking an employee-centric approach, we helped leaders: define a simplified vision, mission and strategy and design materials to introduce the strategy, including a one-page visual, a core presentation, icons and email templates.
