What makes Davis & Company special?
At Davis & Company, we work hard and we play hard. It’s a great balance. Every day I have the opportunity to enhance my skills, challenge myself and produce work I’m proud of. I also get to laugh and have fun with my frolleagues (that’s ‘friends’ plus ‘colleagues’). We get up to lots of shenanigans, from competing in ridiculous contests to swapping gifts to playing Heads Up or Mad Libs. Our office is one of my favorite places to be.
If you were to choose another profession, what would it be?
I’d be a reporter for a pop culture magazine like Rolling Stone—it’s what inspired me to study journalism and fall in love with reporting.
What can you do that most others can’t?
I can perform marriages. When my brother and sister-in-law tied the knot they asked me to officiate the ceremony, so I became a minister the old-fashioned way—online. Just call me Reverend Ross.
