Davis & Company is providing holiday cheer to those in need. We adopted a family of five by participating in Bergen Volunteers’ Holiday Giving Program, All Wrapped Up.

“This is our 11th year partnering with Bergen Volunteers. In the past we enjoyed our giving tree, which was decorated with an ornament for each item on one or two family’s wish list,” says Donna Marino, Director of Operations and People at Davis & Company.

“Our team always looked forward to choosing an ornament (or two), shopping for gifts, seeing what everyone purchased and attending a big wrapping party,” Donna notes. “Now with everyone working from home during the coronavirus pandemic, we did it all  online.”

Gifts—including clothing, toiletries, toys and gift cards—were sent to Donna’s home for sorting and wrapping. This year her family will attend the wrap party since she can’t be with her work family.

CEO Alison Davis says Davis & Company is committed to making a difference. “With so many of our neighbors struggling with the economic fallout of the pandemic, it’s more important than ever that we give back to the community. I’m so proud of my team for their generosity and willingness to show we care.”

All Wrapped Up is one of the many Bergen Volunteers programs dedicated to improving lives and strengthening community. This year 33 companies provided gifts for 426 families and 628 individuals.
