The pandemic forced the services division of a global pharmaceutical company to reimagine its annual town hall. While a standard web-based meeting would have been a logical choice, we worked with the organizing team to develop a website that was live for two weeks and included three key tools:

• Chats with senior leaders—scheduled online discussions on specific topics
• Ask the expert sessions—think virtual lunch and learns
• Content on demand—a combination of video and presentations

The largest division of the medical technology company BD, Medication and Procedural Solutions (MPS), needed to increase engagement of global employees and get them inspired about the future of BD. We helped MPS communicators: rethink their approach to town halls, develop a focused agenda that included audience participation and designed a new presentation template for a more consistent look and feel.
