Kim manages Davis & Company's key marketing strategies, tracks prospects, analyzes trends and oversees the firm's contact database and social media platforms. She also supports the consulting services team with research, measurement and client development.

Prior to joining Davis & Company in 2007, Kim worked as a bookkeeper/marketing assistant for National Display Marketing. She served for 13 years as marketing/client services director for Larry Tucker, Inc., providing analytical and marketing support to clients. She began her career with Hilton Hotels in front office management.

Kim holds a bachelor's degree in hospitality/business management from East Stroudsburg University and a graduate certificate in social media & digital marketing from Hofstra University. She is the mother of three—a daughter and twin boys.

What makes Davis & Company special?
Davis & Company is special to me because I’ve been challenged in so many ways to do my best work each day. Collaborating and brainstorming with all of my multitalented colleagues has pushed me to grow and learn. Giving back to our community as a group inspires me as well. I love the work I do, and I am proud to work at Davis & Company.

What's your passion?
I love to read. 

Who inspires you in your work?
My Godmother and Great Aunt Marie. She worked for the Bell telephone company that later became Verizon for 42 years and was one of the first female managers for the company in that era. She was Staff Manager of Benefits.
