When the pandemic forced employees of a state-of-the-art research and development campus (at a global pharmaceutical company) to switch to hybrid work arrangements, we took two steps to help those working from home stay up to speed. First, we created a virtual campus to help employees find everything they needed to do their jobs successfully. Then we developed virtual posters to replicate an on-site signage system that was used to keep campus initiatives and events top of mind with employees.
